Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) is procuring specialist consulting services to define, develop and implement IT service management capabilities on its Atlassian Cloud platform. The work includes a corporate technology-asset management model using Jira Assets, an IT services catalogue and service documentation in Confluence, and the review and evolution of Jira Service Management. Architecture and governance advice, configuration and implementation, documentation, training, change management and knowledge transfer are included. The one-year contract is not divided into lots and has a tender budget of €130,000 excluding VAT, with an estimated total value of €156,000 excluding VAT including potential modifications.
