Replacement of the lift in the ESD pavilions

Summary

Spain’s Ministry of Defence is procuring works to replace the lift in the General Officers’ pavilions at the Santo Domingo establishment in Valencia. The single-lot project includes removing the existing lift and installing a machine-room-less electric lift with four stops, capacity for six people or 475 kg, and a speed of 1 m/s, together with associated structural, electrical, finishing, safety and waste-management works. The estimated tender budget is €145,329.54 including VAT, and completion may not extend beyond 20 December 2027.
