Supply of Google Workspace user licences

Summary

The Island Council of Lanzarote and La Graciosa is procuring the continued right to use and maintenance of Google Workspace for 1,055 users over 12 months, starting on 28 March 2027. The supply comprises 755 Enterprise Standard licences and 300 Frontline Starter licences, with platform administration, configuration, support and maintenance. The collaborative platform includes email, calendars, tasks, chat, video meetings, file storage, office tools, surveys and AI features; the contract is not divided into lots.
