Supply of IT equipment and software under the Cybersecure Waterworks grant project
Summary
The procurement aims to strengthen the cybersecurity of the IT and operational technology (OT) infrastructure of the municipal utility in Borów. The supply includes two servers, one Wi-Fi access point, NAC and DLP software, antivirus with EDR, two honeypot solutions, six U2F security keys, a SIEM system with implementation and training, two UTM firewalls, PAM/PIM and log-management software, a VPN solution, and software for monitoring the IT infrastructure and network devices and servers. The contractor must also install, configure and integrate the equipment and security software with the existing infrastructure, harden IT/OT systems and test that the solutions work correctly. The bid must cover the entire procurement because partial bids are not permitted. Bidders must submit the completed technical-compliance schedule and the required evidence for products, manufacturers, service providers and engineers; all proposed solutions must meet the detailed minimum specifications. Delivery and implementation are due within 30 days after the contract is signed. Equipment must have a warranty of at least 36 months; a 60-month warranty receives the maximum warranty score. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 9 October 2026.
