Integrated municipal financial and asset management solution for Adeje

Adeje City Council is procuring an integrated, web-based municipal financial, budgetary, accounting, treasury and asset-management software solution, including licences for all modules, implementation and migration of historical data. The four-year contract also covers user training, ongoing maintenance and technical support, monthly remote platform reviews, and a variable annual allowance of 80 hours of specialist consultancy. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a total budget of €519,305.17 including the Canary Islands general indirect tax.
