Management and delivery of conversation groups for the youth Language Club

Summary

The City of Vitoria-Gasteiz is procuring management, coordination, delivery support, monitoring and evaluation for its youth Language Club conversation groups. The service includes initial training and support for volunteer student moderators, and conversation activities in English, Basque, Spanish and other languages requested by young people aged 16–35. The contract covers up to 360 hours, including up to 160 conversation sessions and associated preparation, coordination and activities; it has no lots.
