Delivery of additional classes, workshops and training for the PODIUM KOMPETENCJI project

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of additional classes, workshops and training under the PODIUM KOMPETENCJI project at two general secondary schools in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski: individual and group sessions with a sports psychologist for students, nutrition workshops, and teacher training on recognising student crises, preventing depression and teachers’ legal responsibilities. The contract is divided into three lots, and bidders may tender for one or more lots. The total volume is 376 teaching hours of 45 minutes each: 286 hours of sports psychology in Lot I, 30 hours of nutrition workshops in Lot II, and 60 hours of teacher training in Lot III. The work must be completed by 30 November 2027, 31 October 2027 and 30 June 2027 respectively. The bidder must appoint an instructor with relevant education and competence and demonstrate the required experience; bidders for multiple lots must be able to deliver activities in all those lots at the same time. The offer must include the required declarations and hourly prices. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), employment of a person with a disability (10%) and the instructor’s additional experience (30%). Delivery must ensure accessibility, equal treatment and environmental safeguards; before work begins, individuals who will have contact with children must be checked against the register of sexual offenders.
