Supply, installation and commissioning of video cystoscopy equipment

Summary

The urology service at Alcorcón University Hospital Foundation is seeking one video cystoscopy tower, three reusable flexible video cystoscopes and one reusable rigid cystoscope. The successful bidder must deliver, install and commission the equipment and train hospital staff within two months of signing the contract. Before acceptance, the bidder must complete satisfactory functional tests and provide user manuals, conformity certificates and technical data sheets. The estimated total budget is EUR 85,000 including VAT (EUR 70,247.93 excluding VAT). Bids will be assessed on price for up to 70 points and technical features for up to 30 points. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and submit the required technical documentation. The equipment must have a warranty of at least two years; packaging must be collected for reuse and/or recycling during contract performance.
