Summary
The procurement has two lots: organising and delivering MIG and TIG vocational welding courses for technical-school students in Chorzów. Each lot covers 20 participants in two groups of 10. The MIG course prepares participants for a state examination in MIG (131) welding of steel; the TIG course prepares them for a state examination in TIG (141) welding of stainless steel. Participants in the TIG course must be at least 18 years old. Each course must include at least 23 hours of theory and 80 hours of practical training. The provider must arrange medical examinations where required, protective clothing and learning materials, welding and consumable materials, accident insurance, an external state examination, and registration of participants for that examination. The offer price must include the costs of the first examination and qualification documents; participants pay for any retake. Training takes place at the school in Chorzów. The course must be completed within 8 months of contract signature and begin no later than 10 working days after signature. Price is worth 60 points and trainer experience 40 points. For each lot, the bidder must name the trainer who will deliver the course and show that the trainer has conducted at least two vocational courses in the relevant welding method, each attended by at least 15 people.
