Organisation of group training for unemployed people and jobseekers registered with the Kielce Municipal Labour Office

Summary

The procurement is divided into eight lots for eight group training courses for a total of 106 unemployed people and jobseekers registered with the municipal labour office in Kielce. The courses cover forklift operation (13 participants, at least 40 teaching hours), electrical qualifications up to 1 kV (14 participants, at least 16 hours), care for older people and people with disabilities (13, 60 hours), medical registration (14, 30 hours), qualified security work (12, 245 hours), office work using MS Office (13, 60 hours), HDS crane operation (13, 25 hours), and cash register operation (14, 16 hours). Bidders may submit offers for any number of lots. For each lot, the provider must prepare a subject-specific training programme, supply suitably qualified and experienced trainers, suitable premises and equipment, and learning materials for participants, and carry out any assessments included in the programme. For the medical registration and office training courses, each participant must have an individual computer with internet access and the required software. The forklift and HDS crane courses require a suitable, serviceable machine and a safe location for practical training. Training must take place between October and December 2026 and finish by 16 December 2026 at the latest. Kielce is the preferred location; if any training takes place within 20 km outside the city, the provider must arrange transport to and from the venue for all participants. The offer price must cover all costs required to deliver the service, but excludes external examination costs and, if required, accident insurance costs that are reimbursed separately. The award criteria are price (60%), the trainer’s experience delivering courses on the same subject (20%), and the training institution’s quality certificates (20%). The deadline for submitting offers is 8 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
