Category B driving course for technical school students in Sopot

The procurement covers the delivery of one category B driving course for students of a technical school in Sopot under the “Dobra Szkoła 2.0” project. The course is planned for up to 90 students, with the contracting authority guaranteeing participation for at least 85. If fewer students attend, payment will be calculated using the number registered for training and the unit price in the tender. The contract runs for 12 months. The provider must deliver at least 30 hours of theory instruction and 30 hours of practical driving lessons, first-aid training, and an internal examination with one further attempt if a student fails. The provider must supply training materials, arrange the required medical examinations, cover one state theory and practical driving test for each participant, and issue the certificate required to take the state examination. Theory lessons must be held at a location in the Tricity area with convenient public transport access. Practical lessons must take place in the same area and be scheduled so they do not conflict with students’ school hours. Training must comply with applicable law and child-protection requirements. The provider must hold the required registration and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 40,000, and have appropriately qualified instructors and at least two category B training cars no more than 10 years old. Instructor experience is worth up to 40 evaluation points and price up to 60; no experience points are awarded if the experience information is not submitted.
