Supply and installation of office furniture

Summary

The contract covers the purchase of assorted office furniture for the different departments of the Montsià County Council, replacing worn furniture and equipping workspaces for routine administrative duties. It includes delivery, unloading and, where needed, installation and assembly in Amposta. All furniture must be delivered within 60 calendar days of contract signing. The furniture must meet or exceed the technical specifications and have a design compatible with the existing furniture. If offering alternative models, bidders must provide technical data sheets, photographs or drawings and the required certificates; a sample may be requested if necessary. The offer must include an Excel file listing unit prices for all furniture. The estimated contract value is €12,480 excluding VAT, and the maximum bid is €15,100.80 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points; the lowest price receives 100 points and an offer with no price reduction receives 0 points. The supplier must remove packaging and waste and ensure proper recycling or reuse. The furniture warranty is two years. The bid submission period is five working days starting on the day after publication of the contract notice.
