Renewal of security infrastructure licence maintenance and support services

Summary

The Basque Parliament is procuring the renewal of licences, warranties and manufacturer-backed maintenance for its security infrastructure, together with technical support for 2027. The five lots cover WAF load balancing and a test environment, firewalls, a load balancer, Wi-Fi network infrastructure and the email environment. The contract includes corrective and preventive maintenance, incident handling, software updates and expert support, with annual minimum service hours of 50, 90, 20, 30 and 30 hours for Lots 1–5 respectively.
