Supply of AutoCAD LT licences for three years

Summary

The contract is for the supply to Agencia EFE of three AutoCAD LT subscriptions, each lasting three years. The subscriptions start on the day after the contract is signed. The budget is €5,100 excluding VAT and €6,171 including VAT. Payment is a fixed amount due at the start of the contract. Offers are evaluated on price alone, worth 100 points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Spanish. The procurement is not divided into lots, and subcontracting and variants are not permitted. To participate, a bidder must be registered by the submission deadline in Spain’s official register of tenderers or have applied for registration before that deadline. The successful bidder must implement at least one of the special contract-performance conditions listed in the tender documents. A penalty of 3% of the affected part of the contract value may apply for each day of non-delivery or defective delivery.
