Supply of equipment and software for the Cyber-Secure Water Supply project

Summary

The procurement covers IT network and cybersecurity equipment and software for a water and sewerage company’s cyber-secure water supply project: 2 UTM devices, 1 server, 1 UPS, 1 NAS, 2 Wi-Fi access points, 1 SIEM software package, 1 EDR antivirus system, 2 server racks and 2 network switches. The equipment and software must be delivered to locations specified by the contracting authority by 4 December 2026. Products must be new and unused, and the bid must include all equipment, components and licences needed for the complete solution to operate. The warranty must be at least 12 months. A bidder proposing an equivalent solution must prove that its technical parameters are no worse than those required. To qualify, the bidder must have completed satisfactorily or be carrying out at least one relevant delivery during the previous three years, including at least a server, a UTM device and a network switch, with a gross value of at least PLN 150,000. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 14:00.
