Supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses for EMPROACSA

Summary

This procurement concerns the supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses for EMPROACSA. The contract is initially for one year with a possible one-year extension. The service covers up to 375 annual licenses, spanning from Exchange Online Quiosk to Office 365 E5, to meet the company’s needs. EMPROACSA currently has 350 licenses distributed as follows: Quiosk Exchange Online 15; Exchange Online (P1) 16; Office 365 (E3) with Teams 15; Microsoft 365 Business Basic 193; Microsoft 365 Business Standard 111. The initial license count and types are those listed. Invoicing will be based on active licenses only. EMPROACSA may request increases or decreases in license numbers at any time, with changes reflected in the following month’s invoice. Licenses must be activated and usable by 15 July 2026. The contract requires ENS (National Security Scheme) compliance and servers hosting the services must be located within the EU. The service must be available 24/7, with support available by telephone or online channels; the solution must handle data protection in line with EU regulations.
