Supply of printers under a non-financial lease

Summary

The procurement covers the five-year non-financial rental of printers for Empresa Municipal Serveis d’Alcoi, together with associated consumables and maintenance services. Equipment will be ordered according to actual needs; no minimum number of devices or copies is guaranteed, nor is any particular consumption level assured. Equipment must be commissioned within one month of the first request made after contract award. The rental price must include installation and configuration, maintenance and repairs, labour and travel, spare parts, replacement equipment, consumables except paper, used toner and waste management, and a tool for monitoring incidents and consumption. All devices must be new multifunction printers with network connectivity, duplex printing and scanning, secure printing with user identification, and scanning to email and network folders. Three device classes are required: Type A, colour A3/A4, at least 35 monochrome pages per minute and a 500-sheet paper tray; Type B, colour A4, at least 30 monochrome pages per minute and a 500-sheet tray; and Type C, monochrome A4, at least 30 pages per minute and a 250-sheet tray. Bids must include the equipment data sheets, and the same discount percentage must apply to every offered product. The budget is €27,260.30 excluding VAT (€32,984.96 including VAT), and price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. The bidder must be registered in ROLECE and demonstrate manufacturer- or distributor-certified capability to service the machines, or equivalent technical competence. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope within 10 working days.
