Procurement of 22 laptops, peripherals and accessories

Summary

The procurement is for 22 laptop computers, 30 laptop bags or backpacks, and 30 USB mice for the Military Judicial Police in Lisbon. The laptops must be new and meet minimum requirements including an Intel Ultra 7 processor (at least 256V), 16 GB RAM, a 512 GB SSD, a screen of at least 15.6 inches, a Portuguese keyboard with an integrated numeric keypad, an integrated camera with a physical shutter, two USB-A ports and one USB-C port, and Windows 11 Pro in Portuguese. They must also have either an integrated smart-card reader or an external reader with a USB adapter, and either an integrated network card or an RJ45/USB adapter. The accessories must be suitable for the laptops being procured. Delivery is due within 30 days. Transport and installation, where necessary, must be provided at no extra charge. The equipment must carry a warranty of at least three years. The estimated ceiling price is EUR 32,520.33 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted through the ACIN platform by 23:59 on 6 October 2026 and remain valid for 66 days. No tender guarantee is required.
