Occupational therapy services at a care home for older people 2027–2028

Summary

The contract is for occupational therapy services at the Borja Residential Care Home for Older People from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The service must be provided Monday to Friday for 27.5 hours per week, totalling 2,728 hours: 1,369.5 hours in 2027 and 1,358.5 hours in 2028. The work includes assessing residents and delivering individual and group therapy to support daily living and independence, maintain abilities, encourage communication and social activities, and provide rehabilitation. The contract ceiling is EUR 58,542.88, exempt from VAT; the maximum hourly rate is EUR 21.46. The bidder must provide an occupational therapist with a university qualification valid in Spain, arrange cover for absences, and account for the requirement to take over the incumbent service provider’s employee under the applicable collective agreement. Offers are evaluated on price (65 points), additional hours at no cost (up to 125 hours, 25 points), and training of the person delivering the service in geriatrics, gerontology, dementia or a related field (10 points).
