Supply of assorted IT equipment to the Porto Higher Institute of Engineering

Summary

The Porto Higher Institute of Engineering (ISEP) is procuring assorted IT equipment and accessories in 39 lots: laptops and desktop computers, tablets and e-readers, monitors, printers and ink, data-storage media and drives, network equipment and routers, smartphones, headphones, speakers and accessories. The equipment must be delivered to ISEP’s premises in Porto by 10 December 2026, and the offer price must include delivery. Used or refurbished equipment is not accepted. The total procurement ceiling is EUR 49,042.35 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted through the ACIN electronic platform by 17:00 on 6 October 2026. Each bid must meet the technical requirements for the relevant lot, state each item’s unit price and the lot total, and include the required technical data sheets and applicable environmental certificates. Price is the sole award criterion; no bid security is required and variant bids are not permitted. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Environmental requirements include applicable Energy Star, EPEAT, TCO and 80 Plus criteria, online manuals, and a plan for collecting, recycling or reusing equipment at the end of its life.
