The bidder must confirm that it has no tax arrears under the applicable procurement rules. The bidder must also confirm that the goods offered are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions. An offer may be rejected if the resulting contract would be void under the applicable sanctions law.

The bidder must have completed at least two sales of LED walls during the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement, and each transaction must have included installation of the LED walls. Submit a list of the relevant contracts, stating their values, dates and the other contracting parties. The offer must include the completed technical compliance table and a price breakdown in the structure specified in the tender documents. The bidder must confirm compliance with all tender conditions; conditional offers are not permitted. If bidding jointly, the bidders must appoint an authorised representative and provide the required power of attorney. Any claimed trade secrets must be identified and justified. Where equivalence is claimed, explain it and provide supporting evidence.
