Improvement of climate control, ventilation and fire protection at the Ácula multi-purpose building

Summary

The tender covers expansion of the electrical installation and climate-control equipment, together with installation of ventilation and fire-protection systems in the Ácula multi-purpose building. It is divided into three lots: (1) electrical installation and climate control, (2) ventilation, and (3) fire protection. Each lot must be completed within three months from signature of the site-setting-out verification report. The budgets including VAT are EUR 28,253.62, EUR 31,577.97 and EUR 5,643.79 respectively, for a total of EUR 65,475.38. Bids must be submitted electronically as one signed file within ten working days beginning the day after publication of the contract notice. Award scoring covers price (up to 50 points), an extended warranty (up to 10 points), a shorter execution period (up to 20 points), and preventive maintenance during the offered warranty period (up to 20 points). Tenderers should account for the registration, qualified works technician and insurance requirements. A senior occupational safety professional, independent of the site manager, must be assigned to the works throughout execution.
