Installation works for an uninterruptible power supply system at the town hall

Summary

The contract covers construction works to install an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system in the town hall building of Alcalá de Guadaíra. The existing backup supply no longer meets the data centre’s needs. The redesigned system must serve the data centre and also support emergency needs in the building, including the lift, fire-protection system and part of the lighting. The works must follow the project and be completed within four months. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is €199,449.23 excluding VAT (€241,333.57 including VAT). Tenders are submitted electronically under a simplified open procedure. The technical tender is worth up to 25 points, price up to 65 points, and an extended warranty up to 10 points. The minimum warranty is one year and may be extended by up to four additional years. Bidders must meet the experience and turnover requirements and provide the required technical tender and evidence. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide the final guarantee and the required liability insurance.
