Construction of a day centre for older people requiring care under the Convivint Plan

Summary

The tender covers construction of a day centre for 50 older people requiring care in Aspe, at Camino Senda del Rey 1, under the Convivint Plan. The works must follow the approved project and technical requirements; the contract is not divided into lots. The delivery period is 24 months. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,018,212.25 excluding VAT, or EUR 2,442,036.82 including VAT. The standard warranty is two years and may be extended by up to four half-year periods. Maintenance may be offered for one to four years, and the construction period may be reduced to 23, 22, 21 or 20 months. Variants are not accepted. The successful bidder must provide a 5% definitive guarantee and the required insurance before construction begins. During contract performance, the contractor must submit safety, waste-management and work-programme plans and comply with waste-sorting, installation-legalisation and project-funding signage requirements.
