Support and maintenance of TVE Prado del Rey’s technical equipment and installations supervision and control system

Summary

The tender covers support and maintenance for TVE’s technical equipment and installations supervision and control system, DataMiner (Skyline, version 10.3.0.0), for 24 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The service will be delivered by telephone, email and/or remote connection. The contractor must provide access to all new software versions at no extra charge, a DataMiner Integration Studio (DIS) licence, Spanish-language telephone support on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, and a response within 8 hours of a software incident being reported. A quarterly activity report is required, as is an inventory of the supported equipment and software during the initial weeks of the contract; the inventory must subsequently be kept up to date. Bids will be assessed on price (90 points) and automatically scored technical terms (10 points). Technical points can be earned by offering Spanish-language telephone support from 9:00 to 21:00 and a response within the first 3 hours. The estimated contract value is €80,000 excluding VAT, with a total budget of €96,800 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish, together with the required administrative documents, technical information and price offer. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €40,000 and the required previous experience, or provide the permitted alternative evidence of technical capacity available to newly established businesses.
