Participation Request: High-Voltage Network Maintenance Services (Power Lines)

Summary

Caruna Oy is seeking participation applications for the maintenance of its high-voltage network, specifically power lines. The procurement is divided into four geographical areas: Southern Finland, Southwestern Finland, Western Finland and Northern Finland. A candidate may apply to one, several or all areas and must identify the areas in its participation application. A supplier may submit a tender only for areas for which it has been accepted as a tenderer. The service scope is described in the draft service description and will be refined during the negotiated procedure. The contract term is 4+3+3 years, beginning when responsibility for service production has been transferred to the contractor for the entire contract; the transfer from the current suppliers is due no later than 1 March 2027.
