Supply of Two TIG Welding Electrode Sharpening Stations

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of two TIG welding electrode sharpening stations and the specified spare parts. The stations must provide dry sharpening without coolant and be mountable on a workbench, with a cabinet for anchoring and an integrated dust extractor that starts automatically and uses HEPA filtration. An enclosed working area must capture dust and protect the operator. The machines must handle electrodes with diameters from 1 to 4.8 mm, use a guided electrode holder, and allow longitudinal grinding with a 300-grit diamond wheel at specified angles from 10° to 60°. A 150-grit diamond wheel must cut electrodes to a minimum length of 6 mm. A measuring scale for the flat-tip diameter and the ability to preset the machine to repeatedly produce the same sharpening geometry are also required. The supply must also include two 300-grit diamond wheels, two 150-grit cut-off wheels, two 1.0 mm and two 1.6 mm collets for the sharpening electrode holder, two electrode-holder end caps, one 0.3-micron HEPA filter and one HEPA safety bag for the dust extractor.
