Organisation of the Catskills 2027 vocational competitions, workwear supply and catering

Summary

The tender covers the organisation of Catalonia’s 2027 Catskills vocational skills competitions and is divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers the full planning, production, logistical coordination and delivery of the competitions at the Lleida exhibition centre, including venue and infrastructure setup, lighting, signage, equipment logistics, cleaning and waste management, security, medical assistance, and opening and closing ceremonies. Lot 2 covers the design, manufacture, supply and distribution of workwear and related accessories. Lot 3 covers catering, refreshments and catering services for the competition delegation; this lot is reserved for social-initiative special employment centres and work-integration enterprises, but may be opened to other businesses if no admissible bids from eligible organisations are received. The total tender budget is €811,914.31 excluding VAT (€970,236.39 including VAT); the estimated contract value is €877,606.68. Lot budgets excluding VAT are €656,923.71, €44,264 and €110,726.60, respectively. As a general rule, one bidder may be awarded no more than two lots. Lot 1 services run from 8 to 23 March 2027, with dismantling and cleaning to be completed no later than one week after the competition. Lot 2 workwear and accessories must be delivered to the Lleida exhibition centre between 10 and 12 March 2027, from 9:00 to 14:00. Lot 3 catering runs from 15 to 19 March 2027. In addition to price, the lots are evaluated on response times, sustainable materials and products, social inclusion, garment features, and the proportion of local food. Lot 1 bidders must attend a mandatory joint site visit before submitting a bid and include proof of attendance.
