Cloud Platform and Call Centre for the On-Demand Transport Pilot

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and operation of a cloud-based SaaS management platform, user and driver apps, and a supporting call centre for the on-demand public transport pilot in Palencia province. The platform must support functions including journey booking and routing, user and driver management, reporting and data export. The call centre will take telephone bookings and assist users and service operations. The service also includes migration of existing data, system operation, support, maintenance and updates. The pilot covers the municipalities of Cervera, Saldaña and Baltanás and extends to Venta de Baños, Carrión de los Condes and the Alar-Herrera area. At least one call-centre employee must be available on working days from 10:00 to 14:00. The preparation and testing phase runs from the day after contract signing until no later than 8 February 2027; the operational phase starts on 9 February 2027 and lasts one year, with an option to extend for a further year. The total budget for 2027–2028 is EUR 90,024 including 21% VAT.
