NoSpamProxy E-Mail-Security-Gateway: licenses, software maintenance and vendor support for 36 months

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of licenses, software maintenance and vendor support for the NoSpamProxy E-Mail-Security-Gateway for 36 months. Licenses include a Protection module for 6,500 users; licenses for Encryption, Large Files and Disclaimer modules for 100 users each; and a license for an additional server. A 36-month vendor support contract is also planned, including telephone, e-mail and remote access support on business days from 9:00 to 17:00. Licenses will be delivered electronically via license keys. The contract duration runs for 36 months from activation and ends after 36 months with no automatic renewal. Installation, configuration and migration services are not part of the bid.
