Manufacture and supply of cards for 2026/2027

Summary

Correos is procuring the manufacture and supply of several types of philatelic and postal cards for 2026 and 2027: TUSELLO cards for private customers and philately, ATM cards, postcards and special cards. The supplier will produce the cards from supplied artwork, package and deliver them. This is a single, indivisible contract: one supplier must produce all card types. The standard delivery period is seven calendar days after receipt of the final artwork; urgent deliveries may be required within 48 hours. The contract lasts 12 months and cannot be extended. The estimated value is €55,724.50 excluding VAT; the budget including 21% VAT is €67,426.65. The standard minimum paper weight is 300 g and special cards require 350 g. Technical offers will be assessed for colour consistency, accurate layout, sharpness, paper strength and finish, as well as special materials and innovative solutions. Technical criteria are worth up to 30 points and price accounts for 70% of the award score. An offer must score at least 15 technical points to proceed through the evaluation. Bidders must submit a technical quality description and the required physical samples with their offers. Bidders must also demonstrate financial capacity and relevant supply experience; the detailed requirements are set out in the suitability criteria.
