Manufacture and supply of optical mark recognition answer sheets

Summary

The tender covers the design, typesetting, manufacture, quality control, packaging and delivery of OMR answer sheets for examinations and other procedures requiring automated response collection by IVAP. The contractor must ensure compatibility with IVAP’s optical reading equipment, submit designs, a PDF and samples of new models before production, and perform the required reading and compatibility tests. Deliveries are made in batches of 5,000 copies or multiples thereof. Initial typesetting must be completed within 5 working days, proofs presented within 3 working days, and printing and delivery completed within 10 working days after final design approval. The required models are EREDU 1, ANONIMA 1 and KAPTUR 1; the maximum unit prices per 5,000 copies, excluding VAT, are EUR 1,700, EUR 2,900 and EUR 1,250 respectively. The tenderer must, where applicable, offer discounts when cumulative volumes of 15,000, 30,000 and 60,000 copies are reached. The submission deadline is 2 October 2026.
