Dynamic Purchasing System for Stationery, Office Supplies and Reprographic Materials

Summary

The Basque Government is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for supplies to its centrally managed premises. It covers three categories: stationery, office supplies and reprographic materials, including paper and envelopes, everyday office and filing items, packaging materials, printing supplies and consumables for reprographic equipment. The system is planned for 24 months, with one possible 12-month extension; the estimated values for 36 months, excluding VAT, are €940,990 for stationery, €610,156 for office supplies and €84,839 for reprographic materials.
