Supply of a new ticket machine, modernization of 12 machines, and server and router configuration

Summary

The tender covers delivery and commissioning of an integrated public-transport ticketing and data-processing system in Puławy. The contractor must supply and install one new stationary ticket vending machine, modernize 12 existing Mera BS-09 machines, and supply, install and configure a database server with a firewall/VPN router. The new ticket machine must be completed by 31 March 2027; modernization of the 12 machines and delivery and commissioning of the server and router must be completed by 30 June 2027. The work must ensure compatibility between the equipment, software and communications, and include integration and testing of the machines with the server. The new ticket machine must sell paper and electronic tickets; accept coins, banknotes, payment cards and mobile payments, including BLIK or an equivalent solution; and work with the MIFARE cards already in use. It must be weather-resistant and vandal-resistant, CE-compliant and accessible, including audio guidance for users with visual impairments. The server must have a rack enclosure no higher than 2U, a processor with at least 12 cores and at least 128 GB of RAM. The router must provide firewall, intrusion prevention, antivirus and application-control functions, two-factor authentication, and secure IPSec VPN connections. The contractor must install and configure the equipment, provide technical documentation, CE certificates, software licences and Polish-language user manuals, and train the contracting authority’s staff. The new ticket machine and the upgraded components must have at least a 24-month warranty; the server, 60 months; router hardware, 24 months; and the router security-services subscription, 60 months. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids for individual parts are not permitted; a single complete bid is required.
