Summary

Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH is procuring planning services for the removal of hazardous materials, complete demolition and excavation backfilling for wings w and y of Building 15.4, including the building services and associated laboratory equipment and furnishings. The wings have a combined net floor area of approximately 3,655 m² and a volume of approximately 16,000 m³. The planning also includes the investigations needed to complete the existing hazardous-materials inventory and the closure of interfaces with the adjoining buildings that will remain in use.
