Foyer Audiovisual Technology

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation, programming and commissioning of a complete audiovisual (AV) system for the foyer of the Saxon State Ministry for Social Affairs, Health and Social Cohesion in Dresden. The system must support wireless and wired presentations, hybrid meetings, speeches and event sound across the whole foyer and its separately usable areas. The supply includes, among other items, a large LED display and other screens, cameras with automatic tracking, ceiling microphones, loudspeakers, wireless presentation and microphone equipment, network and control devices, and the necessary cables and mounts. The work also includes system programming, labelling, documentation, testing, user instruction and handover. Equipment must be new, genuine, intended for professional use and sourced through a manufacturer-authorised German sales channel; the bidder must provide proof, including evidence of its status as a manufacturer-certified dealer. Installation and handover must be completed by 15 January 2027. Following acceptance, the system must be maintained for 60 months: an on-site inspection is required within 2 working days of a fault report, and restoration to working order within 10 working days; firmware must be checked and, if necessary, updated on site every 6 months. The concept accounts for 50% of the award score and the total price for 50%. The concept is assessed for punctuality, information security and consideration of building constraints. Attendance at a mandatory site visit during 14–18 September 2026 is required. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 7 October 2026. Participation requires the prescribed forms and at least two comparable references from different clients.
