Sustainability coordination (delivery of BNB/QNG certification)

Summary

The City of Munich’s Building Department is procuring sustainability coordination and building consultancy services for the new Fire and Rescue Services School at Aidenbachstraße 7 in Munich. The approximately 26,000 m² building will include training and accommodation facilities, workshops, vehicle halls, a canteen, sports hall, underground parking, a savings bank branch and administrative space. Services cover BNB/QNG assessments and certification coordination through the planning, procurement, construction and documentation stages, including life-cycle assessment and life-cycle cost calculations; certain additional services are optional.
