Women’s Employment Activation and Job Placement Programme

Summary

Jobcenter Ostalbkreis is procuring a women’s employment activation and job-placement programme for women facing barriers to employment. The programme combines assessment and career planning, motivation and guidance, digital-skills development, job-search support, a supervised work placement of at least two weeks, and three months of follow-up for successful placements and employers. Lot 1 covers 20 places in Aalen and 10 in Ellwangen; Lot 2 covers 25 places in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The service is planned for 2027, with an option to extend it once for 12 months.
