Advice, accompaniment and support for victims of gender-based violence
Summary
The tender covers psychological support for women experiencing gender-related distress or gender-based violence in the municipality of Galdakao, together with advice and support for people close to victims. The service includes individual clinical and psychosocial care from a feminist and intersectional perspective, therapy, case coordination and urgent support for victims by telephone or in person. Services are to be provided at municipal premises in the mornings and afternoons, including at least two evenings per week; urgent-care hours depend on need. The bidder must provide a team covering at least three distinct roles: a coordinator with a psychology degree, at least 150 hours of gender-related training and healthcare authorisation, and two psychologists. All team members must have at least 150 hours of training in gender issues and/or gender-based violence and healthcare authorisation. At least one psychologist must hold Euskera C1 or an equivalent qualification to ensure care can be provided fully in Basque; the psychologists must have at least three years of relevant experience supporting victims. The coordinator’s workload is 240 hours per year, and the psychological-care team’s workload is 2,880 hours per year. Participation requires the relevant evidence of qualifications, training, authorisation and experience, as well as a commitment to provide the required staff and resources.
