Engaging specialists to operate the Day Care Centre for Older People

Summary

The contract covers the provision of specialists for the operation of the Day Care Centre for Older People and the Caregivers’ Support Centre in Pałecznica, as part of the “Centrum Wsparcia w Gminie Pałecznica” project. The provider must organise therapeutic, activation, advisory and support activities and supply suitably qualified specialists: art, music, bibliotherapy, dance, play, culinary, reminiscence, computer, recreation, occupational and movement therapy specialists; a supervisor, psychologist, team-assistance adviser, participant-meeting moderator, support-group leader, cultural animator and biofeedback therapist. Services must be accessible and safe for people with disabilities and delivered in accordance with the principle of doing no significant harm to the environment. The contract runs from signature until 31 December 2028. Participation is reserved for providers with the required social-integration purpose and at least 30% of employees from the specified marginalised groups. Bidders must also have properly completed at least one relevant service contract worth at least PLN 100,000 within the previous three years. Price is the sole award criterion.
