Operation of the Family Assistance Home at 76A Jagiellońska Street in Kielce

Summary

The contract is for operating the Family Assistance Home at 76A Jagiellońska Street in Kielce and providing its residents with accommodation and care services around the clock. The home is intended for 3 to 8 adults who need ongoing support because of age or disability. The provider must personally run the home and deliver services directly to residents, and must live in the building throughout the contract. Services include meals, cleaning, assistance with daily living, personal care and uninterrupted 24-hour support. The contract will run for up to 29 months, no later than from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2029. The maximum unit price is PLN 5,230 gross per resident per month. Price is the sole award criterion. Only a natural person able to provide the service personally and meeting the applicable legal and tender-document requirements may participate.
