Renovation of office spaces at Gotha District Office – Lot 2: Drywall works

Summary

The Gotha District Office is procuring Lot 2 of the renovation of its office premises: drywall construction works in selected areas of the building. The works include fire-rated and insulated partition walls and linings, wall and ceiling junctions, suspended mineral-fibre ceilings, and related finishing. The bill of quantities includes 45 m² of partition wall, 160 m² of suspended ceiling and associated ancillary work.
