Supply of Mortars and Related Products

Summary

The tender covers the supply of mortars and related products ordered by Águas de Gaia for delivery within the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia over 12 months, or until the contractual value is reached. Supplies will be made in partial deliveries as needed: 25 kg bags of rapid-setting hydraulic mortar, 25 kg bags of cement and 20 kg bags of cold-applied asphalt. Each order must be delivered within 5 working days to one of the locations listed in the tender documents; delivery and transport costs are included in the price. Among other requirements, the mortar must allow heavy traffic to resume within 2 hours and meet specified strength and colour requirements; the cement must comply with EN 197-1, and the asphalt must be usable from -10°C to +50°C and retain its quality for at least 12 months from packaging. The maximum tender value is €163,120 excluding VAT. Tenderers must price all three products and may not exceed unit prices of €29.50, €6.00 and €8.20. Price is the sole award criterion. The offer must be submitted in Portuguese with a qualified electronic signature, together with the required product and company documents. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 17:00, and offers must remain valid for 90 days. No tender guarantee is required, and variant offers are not permitted.
