Supply of bagged QPR cold-applied mineral asphalt mix

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of up to 35 tonnes of bagged QPR cold-applied mineral asphalt mix to the Łęczna County Roads Authority. The mix must be suitable for use at temperatures from –20 °C to +35 °C, be an open-graded type made from crushed aggregate and fluxed asphalt, have a 12-month shelf life, and be packed in bags with a net weight of 25 kg. The price must include delivery to the winter road maintenance depot in Łęczna. Delivery is due within 7 days of signing the contract; the draft contract also provides for delivery within 48 hours of the contracting authority’s notification, as required. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%) and payment period (40%). The permitted payment periods are 7, 14, 21 or 30 days; no other period may be offered. Lots and variant offers are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8:00 a.m. on 9 October 2026. No specific financial or technical capacity qualification criteria are set; bidders must submit the required forms and declarations.
