Supply of concrete and concrete products

Summary

The tender covers the supply of different grades of concrete and grey concrete products, including kerbs, slabs and paving elements, for the municipal public services of Yambol. Orders will be placed as needed and subject to the contracting authority’s financial resources; the authority is not obliged to order the full range or quantities indicated in the technical specifications. The planned contract term is 24 months. Each order must be delivered within 1–5 working days of the written request to a warehouse designated by the authority within Yambol municipality. A one-working-day delivery time may be justified only by evidence that the bidder has a warehouse in Yambol city stocking the required range. Tenders are evaluated on delivery time (20 points), a discount for supplying other construction materials within the relevant lot when needed (20 points), and price (60 points). The bidder must have completed at least one similar construction-material supply during the previous three years. No tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the estimated value of the relevant lot.
