Supply and installation of access-control card storage and management modules at Ferrol Shipyard
Summary
The procurement covers the supply and installation of two metal-structure modules at the Ferrol shipyard for storing and managing access-control and identification cards. The work includes transport to Navantia’s Ferrol site, unloading, positioning at the designated location, levelling, stabilisation and commissioning. The modules must be suitable for outdoor use, have a self-supporting industrial structure, and allow through-passage via entrance and exit openings at opposite ends. Each must have at least two 16 A earthed power sockets, two switches and internal LED lighting. Module 1 must measure between 5,500–6,000 × 2,200–2,500 × 2,700–3,000 mm, and Module 2 between 3,500–4,000 × 2,200–2,500 × 2,700–3,000 mm; each must have a minimum clear internal height of 2,500 mm. The expected contract duration is 3 months, and delivery is due within 8 weeks of the firm order. The budget is €16,000 excluding VAT (€19,360 including VAT). The offer must include technical details and drawings, together with a financial proposal itemising the price of each module. Offers are scored out of 100: up to 20 points for technical criteria and 80 for price; technical scoring considers delivery time and warranty. Bidders must be registered and evaluated by Navantia for the relevant supply category, or have submitted an application for registration and evaluation; evaluation must be completed before the contract is signed. No separate financial or technical capacity thresholds are specified. Offers must be submitted electronically and remain valid for at least six months.
