Supply of ready-mixed concrete for the Youth Initiatives Centre expansion

Summary

The tender is for the supply of ready-mixed concrete for the first-phase expansion of the Youth Initiatives Centre in Aznalcázar under the PEE 2025 programme. The quantities are 38 m³ of HM20/B/20/IIa concrete, 160 m³ of HA25/B/20/IIa concrete and 35 m³ of HL/150 concrete. Supplies will be ordered in batches as required by the construction work and must be delivered within 48 hours of each order; transport and delivery within Aznalcázar must be included in the price. The contract will last up to 12 months. Its estimated value is EUR 24,200 excluding VAT, or EUR 29,282 including 21% VAT. Tenders are evaluated on price (98%) and workforce indicators: the proportion of employees with disabilities on permanent contracts (1%) and the number of women employees on permanent contracts (1%). To participate, bidders must demonstrate professional liability insurance of at least EUR 150,000 and experience supplying similar products, or, for a new business established less than three years ago, provide product samples, descriptions and photographs. The bidder must be registered in the official tenderers’ register or prove that a complete registration application was submitted before the deadline. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the tendered price excluding VAT.
