Redesign of the Butzweg/Hohehausstraße playground

Summary

The City of Essen is procuring landscape design services for the redesign of the 3,700 m² playground at Butzweg/Hohehausstraße in Bochold. The project will develop the site into a category A playground for children and young people, with connected play, movement and gathering areas, accessible routes, inclusive play opportunities, planting and drainage. The commission covers landscape object planning under HOAI service phases 1–9, awarded in stages, and an on-site participatory process.
