Design services for the Nyíregyháza TOP_PLUSZ-132_00019 project

Summary

The City of Nyíregyháza is procuring design services in a single lot for urban residential-street infrastructure development under the project “Development of Inner-City Roads in Nyíregyháza, Phase IV.” For approximately 2,955 metres of residential streets in the area between Hajdú and Szalag Streets, excluding Angyal and Thököly Streets, the work includes permit-stage and detailed construction designs, including, where required, street reconstruction, utility relocations and stormwater drainage. It also covers cost estimates and related documentation, documentation for maintaining biological activity, five site-supervision visits by the designer, and professional support for the related construction procurements. The design work is due within 100 calendar days of the contract taking effect; designer supervision continues until the construction works are completed.
