Custom logo clothing and promotional gifts – Dynamic Purchasing System

Summary

The procurement establishes a 36-month dynamic purchasing system for custom logo clothing and promotional gifts. The required technologies include, among others, screen printing, engraving, sublimation printing, transfer printing, UV printing, pad printing, DTF and UV DTF printing, sticker production and machine embroidery. The estimated total value over the lifetime of the system is HUF 900,000,000 net, but the contracting authority is not obliged to place orders for the full amount. The typical maximum value of individual contracts is HUF 50,000,000 net, and the expected value of contracts performed simultaneously does not exceed HUF 30,000,000 net. Bidders must demonstrate relevant previous supply experience worth at least HUF 5,000,000 net and submit their participation request electronically. The exact product categories, quantities and contractual conditions will be provided to qualified participants at the stage of each specific order.
